Finalize Your Project
Technical path: Ensure your code is complete and the build is functional.
Non-technical path: A clickable prototype (e.g., Figma) is perfectly acceptable or any other non-coding platform used is welcome.
Prepare Your GitHub Repository / Figma Link
a. Create a public GitHub repository for your project.
b. Upload all your project files (code, assets, documentation, etc.) to this repository.
c. Include a comprehensive README.md file at the root of your repository. This file should clearly explain how to set up, run, and interact with your project. Provide clear instructions for judges to test your prototype.
d. Figma: Paste the direct link to your prototype. Ensure the Figma link permission is set to "Anyone with the link can view" so judges can access it without requesting permission.
Prepare Your Demo Video (Preliminary Round Only)
If you are submitting for the Preliminary Round, ensure your demo video is finalized, uploaded to YouTube as unlisted and the link is easily accessible.
Complete the Official Submission Form

Submission Form (Google Form)
The fully completed official Google Form.
Demo Video (Preliminary Round Only)
Provide a link to a pre-recorded video that walks us through your prototype. We highly recommend uploading it to YouTube and setting the visibility to "Unlisted" to ensure judges can view it without it being public.

A concise yet comprehensive overview of your project, typically included within the Google Form and/or your GitHub README.md.
Presentation / Pitch Deck (Final Round Only)
Finalist teams will prepare and deliver a live pitch, often supported by a presentation deck (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).
